The short version

This website collects nothing about you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no adverts and no contact form — which is why you’ll never see a cookie banner here. The only way the site sends anything anywhere is when you choose to tap a link to call, message or email me.

Who I am

This website is run by Angel Terziev, trading as Angels Property Repairs — a local property repairs service covering County Durham and Teesside and North Yorkshire. If you have any questions about your information, you can reach me at [email protected] or on 07756 541 535.

When you get in touch

Once you message, call or email me, I’ll have whatever you send — normally your name, the number or email you contacted me from, your postcode or address, a description of the job and any photos you choose to send. I only use it to reply, quote and carry out the work.

WhatsApp messages sit in WhatsApp and emails sit with my email provider, the same as any normal conversation. Those services have their own privacy terms.

Sharing and keeping it

I don’t sell your information and I don’t pass it to anyone for marketing. Photos you send are used to understand and quote for the job — I won’t publish them or use them anywhere else without asking you first. I keep enquiry details only as long as I reasonably need them, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just get in touch using the details above and I’ll sort it out. If you’re not happy with how I’ve handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
